New music from Air Waves (featuring Blake Luley of Rainwater)
I've been a fan of Air Waves since I first heard "Knockout" soundtracking some floating Spacemen. They now have a new album coming out in April on Western Vinyl, but did you know that Blake Luley of Rainwater co-wrote the music for the new record with Nicole Schneit? Listen to the first track "Morro Bay" which just so happens to be the first song they worked on for the record, over on the good ol' Stereogum musical goodness blog.
